## Our Innovation

Innovation sits at the core of everything we build. **GCXONE** is the complete platform — 10 core innovations working as one, covering every stage of monitoring from false-alarm filtering and real-time device health to instant onboarding and an always-on AI assistant. **GC Surge** takes the platform’s highest-impact tools and packages them as a lightweight layer that drops straight onto the cameras and VMS a station already runs — cutting the noise so one team can cover far more without hiring.

## Our Platforms

**GCXONE** is NXGEN’s established Proactive Monitoring Operating System — a cloud system that uses AI to manage alarms and run security operations from one place, with no local infrastructure to maintain. It filters out the noise, keeps an eye on device health, and gives monitoring stations room to grow without piling on complexity.

**GC Surge** is NXGEN’s newest platform for security monitoring stations. It plugs into the cameras and VMS (video management system) you already have, so there’s no new hardware to buy. NOVA99x clears out false alarms before they reach an operator, ZenMode gives operators a fast screen for the ones that matter, and built-in analytics show where time is spent and saved — so one team can cover far more cameras without hiring more people.
