CommandCenter is where operators work — one workspace for the live dashboard, alarm queue, video review and audit trail, scoped by the platform's five-level hierarchy: Service Provider, Customer, Site, Device, Sensor. Every alarm arrives with its customer, site, device and timestamp already attached, is assigned to exactly one operator, and closes with a resolution note written into an immutable log.

- Service Provider, Customer, Site, Device, Sensor — every view is scoped to one level and sees everything below it
- Dashboard Levels
- Each of the five levels has its own widget set; Teltonika, Victron and EFOY devices show a device-specific dashboard instead of the alarm widgets

- Selectable per dashboard — Last Shift, Last 2 Days, or a custom range; every widget re-reads on change

Getting started
Included in the GCXONE base platform. There is nothing to activate — an operator with a role reaches it at sign-in.
