GCX CommandCenter

The Operator Workspace for GCX One

One Screen. Every Site.

GCX CommandCenter is where operators work. It brings the live dashboard, the alarm queue, video review and the audit trail into one workspace, scoped by the same five-level hierarchy the rest of the platform uses — Service Provider, Customer, Site, Device, Sensor. Every alarm arrives with its customer, site, device and timestamp already attached, is assigned to exactly one operator, and closes with a resolution note written into an immutable log.

How GCX CommandCenter works. Step 1, Receive: A verified alarm arrives with customer, site, device and clip. Step 2, Assign: One operator takes it; the team sees who. Step 3, Review: Pre, alarm, post and preview with playback and jump back. Step 4, Decide: Confirm, dismiss or escalate; workflow fires on confirm. Step 5, Record: Resolution note into an immutable audit log.

Architecture

One workspace, five levels. GCX CommandCenter connects Verified alarms, Live and recorded video, Hierarchy to Operators, Monitoring platform, Audit and reports.

Each of the five levels has its own widget set; Teltonika, Victron and EFOY devices show a device-specific dashboard instead of the alarm widgets

Governance & Limitations

Scope
CommandCenter presents and routes alarms. The detection decision is made upstream by the camera analytics and GCX AlarmView, and the monitoring-centre workflow engine is a separate system it hands off to
Access Control
Role-based. Operators see only the customers, sites and cameras their role already authorises; the workspace grants nothing on its own
Live Dashboard
Real-time only. It holds no shareable history, and a screenshot of it is not a customer report

Getting started

Included in the GCX One base platform. There is nothing to activate — an operator with a role reaches it at sign-in.
