Health Check Button Visibility Fix (Light Mode)

Fixed an issue where the Health Check (eye icon) in the Universal Search dropdown was barely visible in light mode.

The icon now has proper contrast in its default state and becomes clearly noticeable on hover.

Users can now easily spot and access the Health Check feature without needing to search for it.
