Multi-Factor Authentication for Users
Administrators can turn on multi-factor authentication for a user when inviting them or editing their account.
What changed
- NewTurn on multi-factor authentication for a user from Invite New User or Edit User.
- NewAt their next sign-in, the user sets up multi-factor authentication on the Secure Your Account screen with an authenticator app.
Multi-factor authentication can now be turned on for each user. In Settings → Users, the Enable Multi-Factor Authentication switch under Account Settings is available both when inviting a user with Invite New User and when changing an existing user with Edit User.
The next time that user signs in, the Secure Your Account screen asks them to scan a QR code with their authenticator app and then enter the one-time code to continue.
