Playback feed displayed ~2 hour timestamp offset vs other feeds and alarm header. Root cause: timezone handling rendered UTC instead of site-local time. All playback feeds now render in the site's local timezone.

Problem
One playback feed displayed an incorrect timestamp (~2 hour offset) compared to other feeds and the alarm header. Root cause was a timezone handling issue in the playback engine rendering UTC instead of site-local time.
Resolution
All playback feeds now render timestamps in the site's local timezone, consistent with Genesis.
