GCX On-The-Move

The Mobile Application for Installers and End Users

Your Sites. In Your Pocket.

GCX On-The-Move is the mobile front end to GCX One. It carries the parts of the platform that matter away from a desk: live camera feeds, site and device status, arm and disarm control including a single bulk action for a whole site, timed isolation, and the alarm and audio-intervention history. It runs on Android and iOS, signs in with the same account and the same role, and grants nothing the web platform would not.

How GCX On-The-Move works. Step 1, Sign in: Email and password; organization if you have several. Step 2, See: Live video, 4 to 12 streams per page, retry on failure. Step 3, Act: Arm, disarm, isolate — per device or the whole site. Step 4, Review: Alarms with pre, alarm and post images; audio interventions.

Key capabilities

  • Live camera feeds in grid or card layouts, 4, 6, 8 or 12 streams per page
  • Arm and disarm per device, or across an entire site in one confirmed bulk action
  • Timed isolation from 15 minutes to 8 hours, with a live countdown and a stop control
  • Alarm review with pre, alarm and post images, bounding boxes and detection confidence
  • A full audit of audio interventions: source, action, exact time and the account responsible

Primary use cases

  • Responding to an alert away from the desk — checking the live feed and disarming from the phone
  • Installers commissioning a site who need status and live video while standing in front of the hardware
  • Suppressing alarms during on-site maintenance with a timed isolation rather than a disarm somebody forgets to undo
  • Securing or standing down an entire site in one action instead of device by device
