GCX SystemView is the reliability layer of GCX One. Camera HealthCheck verifies that every camera is reachable, streaming and delivering a usable image; Device HealthCheck extends the same supervision to the rest of the connected estate — panels, IoT devices and actors. A failed check is not a line in a log: it raises a technical alarm that can call a technician, send an SMS, escalate, or open a support ticket automatically.

- Configuration Dependency
- Camera type, thermal versus optical, must be set correctly or results are not accurate
- Masking Required
- Any blacked-out or blurred region must be masked so it is excluded from the check
- Known False Positives
- Unnatural angles, and cameras facing untextured or empty space, are flagged unhealthy. Fisheye lenses are not supported
