GCX SystemView is the reliability layer of GCX One. Camera HealthCheck verifies that every camera is reachable, streaming and delivering a usable image; Device HealthCheck extends the same supervision to the rest of the connected estate — panels, IoT devices and actors. A failed check is not a line in a log: it raises a technical alarm that can call a technician, send an SMS, escalate, or open a support ticket automatically.

How GCX SystemView works. Step 1, Schedule: Every 12 hours, every 15 minutes, or on demand. Step 2, Capture: Connect to the live stream and take a snapshot. Step 3, Analyse: Reachable, streaming, lit, unobstructed, untampered. Step 4, Act: Technician call, SMS, escalation or a ticket. Step 5, Prove: A timestamped report the customer can keep.

Thermal Support: White-hot and black-hot modes only; colorised RGBT thermal is not supported
Configuration Dependency: Camera type, thermal versus optical, must be set correctly or results are not accurate
Masking Required: Any blacked-out or blurred region must be masked so it is excluded from the check
Known False Positives: Unnatural angles, and cameras facing untextured or empty space, are flagged unhealthy. Fisheye lenses are not supported
