NXG Core is the base every customer gets: the tenant, the five-level hierarchy every other decision is made inside, role-based access control, the admin console and video viewer, and the tools that get an estate into the platform in the first place — BulkImport for onboarding at scale and CustomView for dashboards shaped to a role. It is the layer nothing else works without, and the layer a customer never names.

- Structure Is Load-Bearing
- Alarm routing, access control and health monitoring all operate inside the hierarchy. A site created in the wrong place is not a cosmetic error
- Access Is Not Implicit
- A user without a role lands on a blocked screen rather than a default view. That is deliberate
- Browser Support
- Chrome v90+ is optimal; Firefox v88+ and Edge v90+ are supported; Safari v14+ is limited; Internet Explorer is blocked
