Group Hierarchy Management and Reliability Fixes
Groups can create and update hierarchy entities, and faults in mask saving, the 15-minute jump back and the device actions view are fixed.

Groups can now create and update hierarchy entities directly.
We also fixed inverted polygon masks losing their shape on save, timeline navigation and the 15-minute jump back, and the device actions view. Email notifications now use a standard layout.
