Thermal and Optical Mismatch Warning in Video Search

Video Search warns when an event's footage does not match the camera's configured type, with one-step Re-configure.

What changed

  • NewVideo Search shows a banner when footage does not match the camera's thermal or optical type, with one-step Re-configure.

Video Search now detects when an event's footage does not match the camera's configured type. For example, if the footage looks thermal but the camera is configured as optical, GCXONE shows a warning above the video.

Select Re-configure to correct the camera configuration without leaving the event. If the configuration is intentional, dismiss the warning and choose Don't show again for that camera.
