ZenMode is an intelligent operator-assist mode built into GCXONE that helps security teams cut through alert noise and focus on what actually matters. Rather than presenting every alarm with equal weight, ZenMode filters, prioritizes, and presents alerts from multiple sites and customers in a single unified view. It supports human judgment; it does not replace it. ZenMode works downstream of NOVA99x: NOVA99x removes non-threatening activity before it reaches an operator, and ZenMode organizes and prioritizes what remains.
