TowerGuard
Centralized Monitoring for Mobile Tower Infrastructure
Every Tower. One Platform.
TowerGuard is a centralized monitoring platform built into GCXONE for mobile tower infrastructure. It gives operators full visibility into tower status, health, and device activity across all tower sites from a single interface. TowerGuard is hardware-agnostic, cloud-powered, and built to scale across clients, geographies, and environments.
Funciones principales
- Full visibility into tower status, health, and device activity from one interface
- Hardware-agnostic, working across multiple brands such as LINC and WCCTV
- Real-time alerts on power, connectivity, and storage issues before they escalate
Casos de uso principales
- Remote monitoring of unmanned tower sites without needing to be on-site
- Managing a mixed fleet of permanent and rapid-deployment towers from a single console
- Proactive issue detection for connectivity loss, power, or storage problems before they escalate
- Rapid mobilization for temporary sites: construction, events, or emergency deployments

Management actions
Type 1
Fixed Surveillance
Permanent, hard-mounted; rugged construction with continuous power, network, VMS, and access control integration. Typically installed at critical infrastructure sites such as airports, ports, borders, and industrial plants.
- Best for: long-term, high-security sites requiring 24/7 monitoring
Type 2
Solar-Powered (Hybrid)
Self-sustained solar, battery and fuel-cell power with generator backup and proactive downtime alerts.
- Best for: remote or off-grid locations without continuous power
Type 3
Mobile Towers
Trailer or vehicle mounted with an onboard mast up to 10 m, onboard power (generator or battery), LTE/4G/5G or satellite uplink, and no fixed infrastructure.
- Best for: construction sites, events, and temporary monitoring
Type 4
Smart Cloud Tower
Integrated IoT sensors, cloud video storage, and AI detection of people, vehicles, and anomalies, with automated alerts and centralized fleet management.
- Best for: enterprises needing real-time oversight across sites
Type 5
Autonomous AI Tower
Edge AI processors, autonomous pan/zoom tracking, drone or mobile-app integration, and predictive maintenance.
- Best for: critical infrastructure, defense, and border control
Getting started
Activate TowerGuard from the GCXONE Marketplace (Analytics → Explore → Proceed → Yes), then create a tower template and configure towers from Configuration.
- 01Add templateGo to Marketplace → Tower and add a new Tower template
- 02Add mobile towersGo to Configuration → Mobile Towers and click Add Mobile Towers
- 03Assign devicesSelect your template, fill in customer and site, and select devices per type
- 04Monitor and manageTrack live status, and Edit, Move, Delete, or Arm/Disarm towers as needed

- Tower Platforms
- Works across multiple tower brands, including LINC and WCCTV, and next-generation drone or robot platforms
- Device Scope
- TowerGuard does not introduce its own device compatibility list. It surfaces only device types already configured on the selected site within GCXONE, so hardware support is determined by what is already integrated elsewhere on the platform, not by TowerGuard itself.
- Licensing
- TowerGuard is a built-in platform capability with no separate licensing unit; it is not billed per camera, tower, or site.
- AI Analytics Scope
- TowerGuard’s AI video analytics perform object, person, and anomaly detection only; no facial recognition or biometric identification is performed at any stage.
