GCXONE Mobile App
Mobile Access to Your GCXONE Security Platform
Your Sites. In Your Pocket.
The GCXONE Mobile App gives operators and managers secure, on-the-go access to their security platform: live camera feeds, site and device status, arm/disarm control, isolation, and audio intervention activity, all from a phone. It is available for Android and iOS and mirrors the core capabilities of the GCXONE web platform.
Wichtigste Funktionen
- Live camera feeds, device status, and direct arm/disarm control from anywhere, not just the office
- Isolation available per device, per site, or across an entire site in one bulk action
- A full audit trail of audio interventions and alarm activity, down to who did what and when
Typische Einsatzfälle
- Responding to an alert on the go — viewing the live feed and swiping to disarm directly from a phone
- Suppressing alarms during on-site maintenance with a timed Isolate action, 15 minutes to 8 hours
- Securing or standing down an entire site in one action with bulk Arm/Disarm instead of device by device
- Reviewing recent Person, Vehicle, or Motion detections with custom date range and location filters

Isolation durations, 15 min to 8 hours
Capability 1
Live Camera View
Grid or card layouts with 4, 6, 8, or 12 streams per page; tap a tile to view a single camera full width, or expand to fullscreen. Fill the Grid adds cameras from one picker instead of one at a time.
- Best for: quickly checking every camera at a site from a single screen
Capability 2
Bulk Arm/Disarm
Swipe once to arm or disarm every device at a site, with a confirmation step and each device’s status updating individually as it changes.
- Best for: securing or standing down an entire site in one action instead of device by device
Capability 3
Isolation
Suppress alarm signals for a set duration — 15 minutes to 8 hours — at the device level, the site level, or across an entire site via bulk Arm/Disarm.
- Best for: planned maintenance, testing, or on-site work that would otherwise trigger false alarms
Capability 4
Alarms & Filtering
Every alarm event with a snapshot, a True/False badge, and a timestamp; filter by location, alarm type, date range, and detection type — Vehicle, Motion, or Person.
- Best for: investigating recent activity at one site or across the entire estate
Capability 5
Audio Interventions
A full log of every audio intervention with source name, action, exact time, and the account that performed it.
- Best for: accountability and reviewing how audio was used during an event
