HealthCheck

Automated Camera Health Monitoring

Verified. Proactive. Predictive.

HealthCheck automatically monitors every connected camera in your fleet. It verifies each camera is reachable, streaming, and delivering a valid image, so failed or degraded feeds are caught before an incident exposes the gap. HealthCheck is offered as three tiers: Basic, Plus, and Advanced. HealthCheck Advanced is licensed per camera stream.

Governance & Limitations

Scope & Limitations
Only white-hot and black-hot thermal color modes are supported; colorized (RGBT) thermal is not. Camera type, thermal versus optical, must be configured correctly or results will not be accurate. Any blacked-out or blurred region must be masked so it is excluded from the check. Unnatural angles, or cameras facing untextured or empty space, will be flagged as unhealthy. Fisheye lenses are not supported.
