A GCXONE demo is a 30-minute live session with the GCXONE Customer Success team. You choose the day, the time zone and the slot, leave your details, and the meeting link is issued straight away. Nobody has to call you back to agree a time.

Book it at gcxone.com/en/support/book-a-demo — the same page is reachable from the footer of every page on gcxone.com under Resources → Book a Demo, and it follows whichever language you are browsing the site in.

What you need before you start

  • A business email address. The confirmation and the meeting link are sent there.
  • Your name. First and last name are both required.
  • The time zone you want to meet in. Pick the one you will actually be in on the day — every slot on the page is shown in the zone you select, not in Zurich time.

Your company name is optional. Nothing else is asked for, and there is no account or sign-in involved: the booking page is public.

Booking the demo

The page is a four-step wizard, and the steps are labelled ScheduleTimeDetailsConfirmed across the top, so you can always see where you are.

Schedule — pick a date

Choose a day in the calendar. Dates are written in the format of the language you are browsing in (mm/dd/yyyy in English, dd.mm.yyyy in German). Today jumps the calendar back to the current month, and Clear removes a date you picked by mistake. Press Next.

Time — choose a time zone, then a slot

Choose your time zone first. The page then loads the slots still free on the date you picked and shows them in that zone, split into a morning (AM) and an afternoon (PM) column. Slots already taken are shown but cannot be selected. Pick one and press Next.

Details — say who you are

Enter your first name, last name and business email. Company is optional. Then press Book Appointment.

Confirmed — join the meeting

The page confirms with "Your appointment is confirmed!" and shows a Join meeting button for the session. A confirmation email follows to the address you gave.

Available times

Slots run on the half hour, in two blocks:

  • Morning: 09:00, 09:30, 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, 11:30
  • Afternoon: 13:00, 13:30, 14:00, 14:30, 15:00, 15:30, 16:00, 16:30

That is fourteen slots a day, each shown in the time zone you selected. Availability is checked live against the Customer Success calendar for the exact date and zone you chose, so a slot that was free when you opened the page may be gone by the time you reach it — reselect and carry on.

The time zones offered are:

  • CET — Europe/Zurich
  • GMT — Europe/London
  • ET — America/New_York
  • CT — America/Chicago
  • PT — America/Los_Angeles
  • GST — Asia/Dubai
  • SGT — Asia/Singapore

What happens after you book

  • The meeting link appears immediately on the confirmation screen, as a Join meeting button. Save it — it is the fastest route back to the session.
  • A confirmation email follows to the business email you entered. It can take a few minutes, and the page says so rather than pretending it has already arrived.
  • Occasionally the link follows by email instead. If the confirmation says your request was saved and the link will follow shortly, the booking is held — the meeting simply had not been created yet at the moment the page rendered.

Messages you might see

  • Select a date to see available times. — you are on the time step without a date. Go back and pick one.
  • Please pick a time slot to continue. — a time zone is selected but no slot is.
  • Please complete all required fields. — first name, last name or business email is empty. Company is not one of the required fields.
  • Something went wrong. Please try again. — the booking service refused the request. Retry once; if it repeats, use the contact form and say which date and slot you wanted.

Other ways to reach us

If a demo is not what you need — or none of the slots work — the contact form reaches the same team, and info@nxgen.io is read by a person. See also Contact Support in this documentation.
